helpful staff ideal location

the single room included a microwave and a kettle, very convenient. a refrigerator was also present, which allowed me to store some food and drinks. the staff were helpful, always available to answer questions and provide directions. the location was ideal, near a metro station for easy travel.

the shower had slight rust on the shower head.

I found the staff at the hotel helpful. They were very cute. the room i booked was clean, and the bed offered good comfort. the location proved convenient. It was close to public transportation.

The water pump made noise whenever anyone used water, slightly disruptive. the stairs were also narrow. I found it difficult to manage luggage. this might pose a challenge with mobility issues.

I found the location quite convenient. It was near the tube station. Staff members were friendly and responded quickly to requests. The room offered a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower I thought were highlights.

The room I stayed in was very small and made it difficult to move around the space easily I think the hotel should consider larger rooms.

The staff were very accommodating. my room was tidy. i appreciated that the location was excellent. It was easy to get around after the festival. i also found the bed to be quite comfortable..

The noise insulation was not ideal. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

the staff was really friendly (especially at check-in). the room had a fridge, a microwave, and a water heater. the location had plenty of food options nearby on the way to the city centre. i appreciated the good insulation.

the shower only had one setting, so it was hard to get the water temperature just right.
