I found the staff at the hotel helpful. They were very cute. the room i booked was clean, and the bed offered good comfort. the location proved convenient. It was close to public transportation.
The water pump made noise whenever anyone used water, slightly disruptive. the stairs were also narrow. I found it difficult to manage luggage. this might pose a challenge with mobility issues.

The room was small. There was nowhere to put my suitcase except in front of the door, which completely blocked my exit from the room.

I found the location quite convenient. It was near the tube station. Staff members were friendly and responded quickly to requests. The room offered a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower I thought were highlights.
The room I stayed in was very small and made it difficult to move around the space easily I think the hotel should consider larger rooms.
